Shipping Methods:

We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payments, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak season or promotional events, processing time may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on items, weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. 

Adding or removing items from and order:

Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.

Canceling and order:

If you need to cancel your entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email info@shopluckyfin.com as soon as possible with your name and order information. Please note: we are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.

Tracking an order:

Once your order ships you will receive and email notification that contains a link to "view and track your order."

Missing or lost packages:

Shipping carriers experience delays depending on time of the year and/or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.
