Return Policy for LuckyFin

At LuckyFin Soaps, we want you and your kiddos to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Unopened Product Return:

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must ne in the same condition that your received it, unused and in its original packing.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria
• Upon approval, we will process your refund withing 5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Sale items will be refunded at the original purchase price

Exclusions:

• Please note that opened and/or used products are not eligible for return.
• Shipping costs incurred for the return will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
